Join Luke Cadrin, Field Operations Manager for Barnstable Clean Water Coalition (BCWC), for an informative talk about BCWC’s Marstons Mills Cranberry Bog Eco-Restoration project. Learn how and why cranberry bog restorations are occurring on the Cape and throughout southeastern Massachusetts.  Topics will include the goals for BCWC’s restoration and how they differ from other bog restorations, the many benefits wetlands provide, and the diverse flora and fauna found in local wetlands.

About the Presenter:

 Luke Cadrin is a Cape Cod native who grew up watching the annual migration of the Herring, which helped foster his appreciation of the natural world.  This motivated him to earn his degree in Biology from Saint Michael’s College and now works as the Field Operations Manager for Barnstable Clean Water Coalition, working towards protecting the Cape’s natural resources.
