What’s Normal & What's Not with Barnstable Council on Aging

This program aims to offer a comprehensive understanding of normal aging, the typical forgetfulness associated with aging, and more severe memory issues. As individuals grow older, it is common for subtle alterations in memory to take place as a natural aspect of the aging process. Nevertheless, there are instances when these changes manifest earlier or progress more rapidly than one might expect.
