French Omelettes with Cookbook Author Marc Sievers In-Person
Join cookbook author Marc Sievers for a delightful cooking demonstration, where he’ll showcase the art of crafting a classic Fines Herbes French Omelette. This elegant dish features basil, dill, parsley, and tarragon, paired with a petit green salad dressed in Marc’s signature lemon vinaigrette and served alongside potato chips—just like in France!
Tickets are $75 each, and all attendees will enjoy their own Fines Herbes French Omelette, salad, and potato chips during the event, with wine served to complete the experience.
This event is a fundraiser for the Friends of the Cotuit Library, a 501(c)(3) organization, and the fundraising arm for the Cotuit Library, an independent 501(c)(3) library. Your participation helps support library programs and services in our community.
Marc's cookbook "French Omelettes: Your New House Meal" will be available for purchase during the event. 10% of sales will be donated to the library.

Throughout my career as a cookbook author, entertaining expert, and creative director I have constantly sought to evoke earthy and elegant everyday moments.
I created Fête Among the Flowers as a celebration of the essential components for those moments. It is here that I have my favorite things I have discovered, used, and loved as part of so many wonderful fêtes with friends and family, and a home filled with laughter.
My shop is an experience built to share with you my curated collection of the fabulous flowers, fine foods, pantry staples, tabletop, gifts, and timeless pieces I have personally enjoyed finding and using throughout my years of cooking, entertaining, and traveling. Fête is a sensibility and an approach to life—it is my love letter to the ways we can create earthy and elegant moments for ourselves.
